Barranquilla Verde, urban environmental authority of the District of Barranquilla, will execute management, promotion and development actions in order to manage and guide the policies, plans and programs that allow the conservation, protection and recovery of the environment and natural goods and services of the Ecological Structure, aims for a better quality of life responding to actions aimed at adaptation and mitigation to climate change and the assurance of sustainable development, thus guaranteeing the participation of citizens in all its dimensions and the change of habits of life, through the promotion of a responsible environmental culture.
